摘要:对于这个零件,一般的模具虽然制造很简单,但是需要设计多套模具, 流程路线太长,效率低,分离过程中,很难保证零件的精度和技术要求,以及流程的自动化程度不高,生产成本相对较高,它已经无法满足现代加工的需要。为了解决客观问题,就方盒形托盘工件冲压工艺过程和拉深的过程中,首先介绍了盒型件冷冲压工艺成型后,通过方盒形零件的生产、零件的质量,零件的结构以及需求进行分析研究,以不减少使用性能为前提设计三种不同的冲压工艺方案并进行分析。比较成型的过程主要分为单一过程,复杂的过程和持续的过程,也就是我们经常说的单工序,复合工序和连续工序,并最终由一个复杂的模具完成落料、拉深和冲裁底面的矩形孔和翻边的过程。完成冲压方法,计算模具的尺寸,公差及模具设计。通过CAD绘制出一份较为完整合理的装配以及向配套的零件图。35824

Mold Design of Box-type Tray Work Piece
Abstract: For this work piece, although the general mold is simple, it requires multiple sets of molds, low efficiency, process route is too long, the separation process, more difficult to ensure the precision and technical requirements of parts, and the degree of automation of the process is not high, while the cost of production is relatively high, it has been unable to meet the needs of modern machining. So in order to solve the objective problem, the process of stamping process for drawing and box-member, I firstly introduced in a rectangular box of cold stamping process after molding, through the box-shaped pieces of production, quality parts, parts of the structure as well as requirements analysis, research, so as not to reduce the use of performance as a precondition to design three different stamping process plan and analyze each other. Process is the formation of mainly single process, complicated process and continuous process, we often say that is single step, complex processes and continuous processes, and ultimately determined by a complex mold to complete blanking, drawing, red bottom surface of the rectangular hole and flanging processes. Finishing stamping method, computing power, die size, tolerance and mold design. A detailed parts list and meet the production requirements of the mold, and a more reasonable assembly drawing would be given.
