摘要对钢管进行清洗是一项十分必要的工作,尤其是一些供水的管道,它不仅可以提高管道的输送效率,降低能耗,而且可清除管道污垢,解除二次污染,提高水质质量,保障人民身心健康。因此,本文设计了一种钢管清洗装置,此装置可伸缩,旋转,夹头上可安装清洗刷,在钢管内部进行清洗,洗刷。该装置生产效率高,结构独特、运作平稳、噪音低、文修方便,开启工作仓门即可轻松更换损件。工作平稳、运转可靠、噪声小、粉尘少。结构合理,易损件种类少,操作简便。结构紧凑,占地面积小。
