摘要: 转鼓连续过滤机属于外滤式真空过滤机过滤,具有刮刀卸料和外表面转鼓,真空连续工作的特点。广泛用于医药、食品、有机化学及处理废水和其他工业领域。过滤机与悬浮液直接接触,而不会出现腐烂,是由于采用有良好的耐腐蚀性的不锈钢制造。这种类型的过滤机结构紧凑、占地面积小,连续操作、自动运行,无级调速,方便文修,是一种性能良好,可靠和实用的过滤机。
本课题设计了转鼓连续过滤机。首先,根据相关参数,了解过滤系统是一种有效的过滤分离设备,提出自己的设计方案,设计出符合设计要求的转鼓连续过滤机,根据过滤机在一个操作周期内要连续完成过滤、洗涤、干燥、卸料等工序。为了确保这些零部件在工作状态下满足刚度和强度的需要,在初步完成设计结构的前提下,就需对过滤机支架强度和主轴强度进行校核。37187
