摘要圆锥滚子轴承是机械零件的基本单元,是机械设备的关键因素。而圆锥滚子是圆锥滚子轴承的重要组成部分,各圆锥滚子的直径尺寸差异可以同时影响到轴承的游隙、旋转精度、摩擦力矩、振动、噪声等许多方面。37721
本文通过对滚子球基面定位原理的分析,验证了球基面定位方法的可行性,选用双电感式传感器差动测量的方法对滚子直径进行测量,设计了圆锥滚子直径测量系统。
本文首先介绍了圆锥滚子直径测量系统的机械结构设计,主要由滚子定位机构、滚子压紧机构、直径测量机构及限位单元组成。
测控系统部分由硬件控制部分和软件控制部分组成,实现了对圆锥滚子直径测量运动的控制、数据的采集、分析和处理、结果的显示等。
本文设计的圆锥滚子直径测量系统以滚子球基面为定位基准,采用双传感器差动测量的方法,实现了滚子的自动定位及加载、滚子直径的自动获取及分析等功能。 毕业论文关键词:圆锥滚子,直径,自动测试,电感传感器
Abstract The tapered roller bearing is the fundamental unit of machine components and the key element of the mechanical equipment. And the tapered roller is an important part of tapered roller bearing. The differences in diameter sizes of tapered rollers can simultaneously affect such aspects as bearing clearance, rotation accuracy, friction moment, vibration and noise.
Through analysis of the principles of spherical fiducial surface location of the rollers, this paper verifies the feasibility of location method of spherical fiducial surface, chooses double inductive sensors differential measuring method to measure the diameters of the rollers and designs a diameter measurement system of tapered rollers.
This paper first introduces the mechanical structure design of the diameter measurement system of tapered rollers, which mainly consists of roller location machine, roller compression machine, diameter measurement machine and position limitation unit.
The measurement and control system part consists of hardware control part and software control part, which realizes the control over diameter measuring movement of tapered rollers, collection, analysis and handling of data, and manifestation of the results, ect.
The diameter measurement system of tapered rollers designed in this paper takes the spherical fiducial surface of the rollers as the location basis, uses the double inductive sensors differential measuring method, and realizes functions like automatic location and loading of rollers, automatic attainment and analysis of diameters of the rollers.
