[摘要]:液压支架是现代采煤作业中必不可少的一部分,也是采煤作业往综合化、自动化方向发展的一大研究对象。液压支架不仅支撑顶板,推动刮板输送机工作面以及支架本身,还一定程度上保证了工人的安全和采煤作业的正常进行。此外,由于对液压支架需求数量很大,对液压支架的投资经常要占到长壁采煤工作面初始投资的一半以上。因此,从技术和经济两方面的观点看,液压支架是采煤工作中的重要设备,不可或缺。37725
设计之初,先对给出的参数进行分析,通过查阅资料,了解液压支架的基本工作思路,利用液压系统控制立柱的升降和推移支架及输送机。泵站是一个非常重要的液压元件,回收低压液体,并提供高压液体,使得液压缸正常工作。根据给定的参数,计算出液压支架的基本尺寸,如:最大、最小高度,立柱的伸缩比等等。利用力学知识研究四连杆机构的受力情况,确定其尺寸结构。
最后,对于液压支架的各部分进行强度的校核,使得液压支架符合工作标准,并绘制CAD图纸。

The four-column support shielding type hydraulic support
[ABSTRACT]:Hydraulic support is a dispensable part of modern coal mining operation,as well as a main object of study of comprehensive and automatic development of coal mining. Hydraulic support not only support the top tray and promote the working surface of the flow conveyor and holder itself, but also ensure the safety of workers and the normal progress of coal mining to some degree. In addition, due to the large demands of hydraulic support, the investment of it usually takes up more than half of the original investment of long wall coal mining working surface. Therefore, from the point of technology and economy, hydraulic support is a dispensable and significant equipment in coal mining.
At the beginning of design, analyze the given parameters by consulting reference materials and know the basic procedures of hydraulic support, at the same time,control the promotion and demotion along with driving the holder and conveyor with the help of hydraulic system. Pump station is a kind of important hydraulic element which recycles low-pressure liquid and provides the high-pressure one so that the hydro cylinder can work properly. Figure out the basic size of hydraulic support according to the set data, for example, the maximal and minimal height, the magnification ratio of column and so on. Confirm the size and structure by studying the force condition of four-bar linkage with the knowledge of mechanics.
Finally, check each part of the hydraulic support in intensity to make it meet the criterion of working and draw the CAD blueprint.
