摘要:随着机械工业与国民经济的各部门生产的发展和技术进步,对钢材产品质量的要求越来越高。为了使产品能够达到要求的尺寸,我们必须对轧件进行剪切,因此,剪切机是轧制车间必备的重要设备。通过对上海力达重工制造有限公司的850t冷剪机组的消化吸收,研究分析,进行反求设计,成功设计出一台新的850t冷剪机。
    我在小组中负责的是850t冷剪机组主体系统的改进,参与了850t冷剪机组的工作原理的分析,但我工作的重点在于主体系统的结构设计,尤其是机架的设计,利用计算机软件对冷剪机组主体进行图纸的设计以及工艺的改进,确保此设备能高效稳定的运行。本论文的内容是介绍了冷剪机在世界和中国的发展情概况,并对各种类的冷剪机的工作原理进行了基本的阐述。并且对整个传统系统的原理、方式、结构参数,进行力学分析、计算验证。对此设备中的电机、轴承、机架结构等全部进行合理的选择。重点讲述对冷剪机组机架的研究和分析,讨论了冷剪机组机架的改进方案,绘制了冷剪机组的机架工程图纸,重点说明了主体结构的设计以及强度的校核。6558

The design and Improvement for 850t of Cold shearing machine body system
Abstract: with the Department of machinery industry and the national economy the development of production and technology progress, the steel products more and more high quality requirements. The principle, method, and structure parameters on the traditional system, analysis, calculation and verification of mechanics.
