摘要：随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段，大学生就业问题成为社会关注的焦点。为了今后更好的提高我院物理学专业毕业生的就业率，本论文采用了问卷调查及网络访谈等多种方法，对近两年我院物理学专业毕业生从就业问题、企业对人才的选择、学院培养等多个方面进行了调查。结果显示毕业生就业途径单一、就业选择不客观、企业对人才要求高、学校在课程设置中还存在不合理之处等问题，最后针对存在的问题提出了相应的建议。43702

Investigation and Analysis on the Employment Situation of the Physics Graduates in Our College in the Last Two Years

Abstract: With the popularization of higher education in our country, the employment of college students has become the focus of social concern. In order to improve the employment rate of graduates of physics in the future, this paper adopted the methods such as questionnaire survey and interviews. In the past two years, our college physics graduates from the employment problem, the enterprise to the choice of talents, school training and other aspects of the investigation. The results show that graduates employment path is single, the employment choice is not objective, the enterprise to the talented person demand high. The school also has the unreasonable place and so on in the curriculum. Finally, we have a primary discussion with the problems mentioned above and put forward some corresponding suggestions and measures.

近两年我院物理学专业毕业生就业状况调查分析引言

随着2008年金融危机的爆发，大学生就业压力不断加大，就现在每年都有大量的毕业生从学校走向社会的工作岗位，在现在这个粥少僧多的社会环境下，找到一份合适的工作、成功就业就变得很难。749万名2015届毕业生为之拼搏的就业季刚刚落幕，2016年预计有770万名大学毕业生又将迎来了新的就业季。就业难的背后，既有求职者深深的无奈，也体现出就业市场一些长期难除的问题和痼疾。大学生在毕业后能否顺利就业，已成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。大学生就业难既有社会原因、政策原因，也有大学生自身的原因[1]。解决大学生就业难的问题事关大学生的切身利益，更关系到社会的和谐稳定，需要政府、企业、高校和大学生共同的努力。从2016年起，所有高校都要设置创新创业教育课程以应对就业难，要求对全体学生开设创新创业教育必修课和选修课，对有创业意愿的学生开展创业指导课程，对已经进入创业实践的学生要开展企业经营管理等培训。
