ABSTRACT
This article is about the design of automatic nailing system structure and controlled by PLC, in this thesis mainly for nail device structure and PLC control conducted an in-depth research and design. This design mainly adopts electromagnet drive screw vibration plate mechanical structure design, based on step motor drive, and based on computer control system of PLC (programmable controller).The design of the main working principle is: when the screw vibration plate began to work, PLC can control the distribution of screw plate work, when screw distribution plate of the screw to assembly on the work piece, the PLC will control the screw shaft, put the screw on the parts, and eventually to achieve a function of an automatic reciprocating motion.
In this article, detailed introduces the screw vibration plate and screw distribution plate and screw shaft mechanical structure, the hardware and software of the control system, uses I/O distribution diagram, the software flow chart, program ladder diagram to describe the system .
