摘要随着科学技术的发展,我国各行业发展迅速,许多有毒的工业废水也随之而来,我国的污水处理设备总体上存在着效率低、能耗高、维修率高、自动化程度低等缺点。有些有机废水必须经过特殊处理,比如树脂吸附法处理。47277

树脂吸附法是将有机废水通过与一些细微的颗粒状高分子树脂接触,再通过反应釜的搅拌装置使其接触充分,从而有效地吸附废水中的有机毒物。经过树脂吸附后,才能将这些有机废水达标排放,然后送往专业的污水处理厂进行下一步处理。而吸附后的树脂又可以进过分离,再次放入反应容器而循环利用。

本课题主要从废水处理的反应容器入手,在查阅大量文献基础上,根据反应釜的常规设计方法确定设计思路,并通过计算得出数据,然后依据目前反应釜的设计规范,主要是美国ASME规范和GB150《钢制压力容器》规范等,运用现代设计手段(使用三维设计软件Soildworks),从对机器三维概念设计入手,从对反应釜最初的建模,到结构改进,直到最后绘制二维工程图。

Abstract With the development of science and technology, the trade in our country is spreading out rapidly. More and more poisonous industrial wastewater is being poured out, and people dispose of the industrial wastewater with sewage treatment equipment. However, there are several shortcomings in this kind of equipment, such as low productivity, high energy consumption, high maintenance rate, low automation and so on. Some organic wastewater must be treated or prepared by a special process,e.g. Resin Adsorption Treatment. 

 Resin Adsorption method refers to the process of organic wastewater contacting with some fine granulated resin, then the two are in fully contact with the stirrer device of agitated reactor. In this way, it can adsorb oganic toxicants in the waterwaste effectively. After resin adsorption treatment of wastewater, it can be discharged up to the standard. Then proceeding to the next step- sending them to the professional sewage treatment plant. Next, the adsorption can be separated as well so that people can place it in reaction vessel for circulation utilization.

    Based on consulting a large number of documents, this thesis starts with reaction vessel  treating waste, decides the design idears according to the  design procedures of agitated reactor, obtains data by calculating, then uses the modern design method (using CATIA Soildworks) according to the design specifications of agitated reactor, especially the ASME and specifications of GB150 steel pressure vessels and so on, starts with the  3D conceptual design of machine and models the agitated reactor, improves the construction and draws the final 2D engineering graphics.
