摘要:本文研究的是“纸质圆片自动落料机”,落料机设备形状虽然较小,但在其结构上有它的特别之处。由于加工对象是纸制品,在设计中,根据纸带的纸质特性,此落料机采取推的送料方式。为了达到这一要求,送料采用棘轮机构实现,此设计中选用齿式棘轮机构。另一方面,在送料过程中,首先要进行抬料,然后才能送料,所以还需要抬料机构。抬料和冲孔都是通过偏心轮的转动带动冲料系统的杠杆,最后获得所需要的力。在主轴传动系统设计中,为了满足设计要求,计算出冲裁力的大小以及对轴的作用力的大小,从而确定了所需电动机的功率,来满足电机。其后通过计算弯矩、扭矩、强度要求等,确定选用轴。紧接着在推料系统结构设计中为保证达到棘轮每转过一个角度就能带动纸带前进3mm的要求来选用棘轮。选用载荷、寿命均能达到要求的轴承,并且计算设计凸轮、偏心轮与杠杆机构的详细参数。7194

The design of Paper tape puncher
Abstract: This article is about "paper tape puncher". Although the equipment shape is small, but the structure is very special. Because the processing object is paepr products. In design, according to the characteristics of paper tape, which is different from plastic film puncher, make it conform to the new processing requirements. On the one hand, how to select the way of feeding? According to the characteristics of paper tape, the choice of feeding way about this piercer is to push. In order to achieve the requirement, adopt ratchet mechanism to carry material. On the other hand, in the process of feeding, first to uplift material, and then feeding. So need to the mechanism of lift. In addition, the reasonable forming process and advanced mould of paepr products are indispensable factors. Lift material and punching are driven by the twirl of eccentric wheel which transfers movement to corresponding fastenings, finally gain the acting force.
