摘要本文主要讲到了一种转子内扩容汽轮机的设计,这种汽轮机主要有定子、转子、进气室、排气室、导气盒、密封片、端盖、主轴、轴承、螺栓和机座等主要零件。定子在直径方向由喷汽孔和排汽孔组成各道的压力级,轴向的多道压力级由多个导气盒焊接。转子的运动套置于定子的內壳里面,转子圆周表面有多级向内凹进的凹进槽,在凹进槽内焊接有直径方向截面为三角型的多支叶片,用转子法兰将转子固定并由轴键将转子法兰固定在主轴上,主轴两端安装配套的轴承,并将其装配在端盖的轴承座内,用螺栓将端盖固定在定子上。因为这种转子内扩容式汽轮机实现了向内逐级降低线速度、构成高、低压力级平均线速度降与蒸汽的流速降同步的功能,同时将汽轮机反差率转化为此汽轮机的顺差率,这样就使蒸汽逐级在喷汽孔产生更加有效的加速度,提高蒸汽流动能量的冲击效率。本文围绕一种新型转子内扩容汽轮机开展结构设计,以及结构有限元分析,并且开展适当的强度分析。48015

Title    Design of a rotor internal capacity expansion turbine                     

Abstract

This paper mainly relates to a rotor expansion turbine design, including the main parts of the stator, rotor, inlet chamber, an exhaust chamber, steam cover, a sealing piece, end cover, a main shaft, a bearing, a bolt and a machine base etc.. The stator radial steam jet holes and exhausting holes of each pressure level, axial multi pressure stage is composed of a plurality of steam hole welding. Rotor movable sleeve arranged inside the stator shell and the circumferential surface of the rotor with multi inward extension of the concave groove, groove welding radial triangle or a single multi blade, rotor flange fastening rotor and by the bond axis fixed on the spindle, and the two ends of the main shaft sleeve bearing assembly on the end cover of the shaft bearing seat, by bolt end cap is fastened on the stator. Due to this type of turbine the inward to progressively reduce the line speed, composition of high, low pressure stage average speed drop and steam velocity drop synchronization, changing the turbine contrast ratio for steam turbine of surplus rate, steam step by step in the steam jet holes produce more effective acceleration, so as to improve the efficiency of steam flow energy of impact. The structural design of a new type of steam turbine in the rotor is carried out, and the finite element analysis of the structure is carried out, and the appropriate strength analysis is carried out.
