摘要本文设计了一款C型钢专用焊接设备自动化生产线,其目的是提高焊接质量与生产效率、降低劳动成本及劳动强度。本设计是在了解了焊接设备上下料与校形机构的结构组成、工作原理的前提下,完成了总体方案设计,将生产线分为上下料系统、输送系统、翻转系统及校形机构四大部分;然后结合焊接工艺参数,完成符合C型钢结构特点与垂直焊接模式下的上下料机构设计,分析各机构组成、工作原理、相关尺寸参数,并校核关键零部件;再结合焊接过程工件的变形分析,完成C型钢垂直焊接模式的校形机构设计;最后结合焊接设备的优化目标,优化上下料与校形机构的关键零件。此外,本设计采用pro/e软件进行了零件的特征建模和机构的虚拟装配的虚拟样机设计,使读者易于了解本设计的结构及原理。48794

Abstract

This article designed an automated production lines of the C-shaped steel’s specical welding equipment.The purpose is to improve the welding quality and productivity,also to reduce labor costs and labor intensity. On the premise of understanding the structure and working principle of the welding equipment’s loading or unloading and school-shaped bodies, This design has completed the overall scheme design.Production lines is pied into four pars,which are loading and unloading system,transport system,fid system and school-shaped bodies.Then combined with the welding parameters,I completed the loading and unloading’s mechanical design, analyzed the institutions ,working principle, the relevant size parameters,and checked the key components ,which Conform to the structural characteristics of the C-shaped steel and vertical welding mode. Then combined with the analysis of the deformation of the workpiece during the welding process, I completed the design of the school-shaped bodies,which meet with the vertical welding mode of the C-shaped steel. Finally, combined the optimization objectives of the welding equipment,I optimized the key components of the loading or unloading bodies and school shaped bodies. In addition, This design used pro/e software to design the virtual prototype,which included feature modeling of the part and virtual assembly of the institutions to make it easy for readers to understand the structure and principle of the design.
