摘要利用计算机技术进行拆装具有成本低、安全和方便等特点,在实际应用中具有重要意义。建立一个具有较强真实感的虚拟环境,设计者可在虚拟环境中交互式地进行产品设计、装配操作和规划、检验和评价产品的装配性能,并制定合理的装配方案。针对复杂产品利用该技术可优化产品设计,避免或减少物理模型的制作,缩短开发周期,降低成本,从而实现产品的并行开发,提高装配质量和效率,改善产品的售后服务。49433

本文以CJO822C型仪表车床为研究对象,利用SolidWorks2010软件对其进行了虚拟样机建模,装配,并生成爆炸图,最后通过视频剪辑表现拆装过程。首先对仪表车床的整机结构进行了研究和测量,将各个组成部件根据其结构特点进行了分类,选择适当的实体建模方法,利用三维实体建模软件SolidWorks2010对机床各部件进行了三维实体建模,并对整机进行了虚拟装配,再利用SolidWorks20010软件自带的爆炸图功能对装配图进行虚拟拆卸,最终生成拆装动画。典型零件的数控加工,通过对主轴箱分析测量,制定加工工艺,利用MastercamX5软件和少量手动编程,产生箱体加工程序,再利用Vericut软件,将程序导入,从而模拟加工。最终产生模拟数控加工视频。
