摘要摩托车减震器是车辆的重要组件,影响车辆行驶的平顺性、乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。因此减震器多功能试验台能够测试摩托车减震器的性能。示功特性是减震器性能检测的重要方法之一,示功特性是测试速度和力以及位移和力的关系。摩托车多功能试验台是综合的测试减震器的装置,它能够提高测试减震器的效率。正弦激励下的示功测试无法满足复杂恶劣的工况下减震器的阻尼特性。2008年摩擦力测试被纳入汽车行业标准,作为考核减震器性能的重要指标之一。但这些测试存在一些不足:其一将减震器竖直安装,没有考虑实际使用的侧向力;其二单独就减震器测试,没有考虑减震器和悬架的联系。49486
本文通过对摩托车前减震器的基本组成结构的认识和工作原理的分析,结合生产加工的实际情况,设计了结合示功测试和单工位综合反力测试的多功能试验台。示功测试采用机械正弦激振,通过变频电机驱动。而综合反力测试是在速度很小的测试下进行的,摩托车减震器综合反力是由减震器弹簧静特性、静摩擦力、空气弹簧力组成的。

Abstract Shock absorber is the key component of motorcycle. As one of important factors to vehicle’s performance, it relates to the driving smooth, comfort, operating stabilities. So the shock absorber multi-function test rig to test the performance of motorcycle damper.Damping force-stroke characteristics is one of important methods for shock absorber’s performance. However, it can’t meet complex and bad condition because of sine excitation input. Friction force test was included in shock absorber test standard as one of important methods for shock absorber’s performance. However, these tests have several deficiencies: first, the shock absorber is installed vertically without considering lateral force; Second, single shock absorber is tested, without linking shock absorber and suspension even the whole vehicle.
This article through to the motorcycle front the basic composition of shock absorber structure understanding and working theory analysis, combined with the practical situation of the production processing, the design is a combination of the damping-displacement test and a comprehensive reaction force test transitions of multi-function test bench. The damping-displacement test by mechanical sine excitation, through frequency conversion motor driver. And comprehensive reaction force testing is very small in speed test, Comprehensive reaction force motorcycle damper is by shock absorber spring static properties, the static friction force, air spring force.
