摘要本文主要介绍桑园培土机支架零件的加工工艺与夹具设计。通过对零件的分析，根据其主要结构特点、生产批量、加工难易程度、主要加工面和加工粗、精基准等，设计了毛坯的制造形式，制定了零件的加工工艺路线。重点进行了镗孔和铣槽两道工序的工艺分析和夹具设计，进行了定位基准的选择、定位元件的选择、切削力与夹紧力的计算及定位误差夹紧误差的分析等。在确定切削用量及选择刀具的过程中，还具体介绍了工序间余量的确定、切削用量的选择以及切削力、切削力矩及切削功率的确定等，完成了夹具的设计。49555

所设计的机床夹具，保证了加工孔和铣槽的生产质量，提高了工效，大幅降低了加工成本。

ABSTRACT

This paper describes the the Mulberry process of the Hillers bracket parts and fixture design.Analysis of the parts according to their main structuralcharacteristics, production volume, processing ease, the main processing surface and processing crude, refined benchmarks, design a rough form of manufacturing, developed parts of the processing line. Focus the two processes of the boring and slotting process and fixture design, the choice of locating datum, computing and positioning errors of the positioning component selection, cutting force and clamping force clamping the error analysis. In the process to determine the cutting parameters and to select the tool, it also presents the margin between processes determine the choice of cutting parameters and cutting force, cutting torque and cutting power to complete the fixture design.

The design of the machine tool fixtures, tooling holes and slotting production quality, improved ergonomics, significantly reducing processing costs.
