摘要本次所设计的题目是定轴线齿轮传动电动滚筒。该电动滚筒是将主要部件电动机和减速齿轮共同置于滚筒内部的新型驱动装置,广泛用于带式输送机中,起到传递功率、调节转速的关键作用。定轴线齿轮传动电动滚筒不仅可以使电动滚筒体积减小,还可以使电动滚筒重量减轻,减少了占地面积,在对零件材料和加工精度的要求上也大大的降低,从而大幅度降低了生产成本。相较于普通电动滚筒的传动机构复杂、故障率高、成本高的难题,该类电动滚筒的优点更为突出。现在国内外电动滚筒中最常用的减速装置就是定轴线圆柱齿轮传动。49609

此次设计的核心任务就是进行减速装置部分的传动件齿轮和轴的设计及校核,以及其工艺规程的制定。电动滚筒的其他部件如滚筒、法兰轴,可以根据滚筒内部的结构及设计的尺寸而设计并绘出三维零件图,其他的标准件在相应的书上查找并选择。通过计算和校核,使自己了解电动滚筒的运动原理,即电动滚筒是通过电机带动圆柱齿轮转动,继而进行功率输出。

Abstract

The topic is to design a fixed axis gear transmission electric drum this time. The electric drum is a new driving device which puts the main components of motor and a reduction gear into the drum. It’s widely used in belt conveyor, which is a key role of transmitting power and regulating speed. The fixed axis gear transmission electric drum can not only reduce electric drum’s volume, but also reduce the weight of the roller. Moreover, this kind of electric drum occupies small area and reduces the requirement of the materials, also reduces the precision requirement of the machining, thereby greatly reducing the production cost. Compared with the general electric drum driving mechanism which is complex, and high failure rate, the high cost problem, the advantages of this kind of electric drum is more prominent.

The core mission of the design is to designing the drive gears and shafts, then checking, and drawing up the regulation. Other components of the electric drum, such as the roller, flange shaft, can design and draw three-dimensional according to the inside of the drum structure and design size, we can search and selection other standard parts in the corresponding book. Through the calculation and checking, I can make myself understand the principle of the electric drum movement, namely electric drum is driven by a motor gear to rotate, and then output the power.
