摘要随着经济全球化的发展,制造系统不断发展的同时也对生产线布局提出更高的要求:可重构性、可适应性和系统的不断升级。其布局的优劣对生产物流起到决定性的作用。传统的制麦生产车间布局方法是,利用简单的计算机辅助二维平面设计,或采用现场布置的方法,这样布局方法存在很大问题。而国内外研究应用证明,将三维生产车间优化布局系统应用于生产,可有效降低费和指导设计。本文研究的目的是:在不影响基本生产工艺要求的前提下,调整设备与工作单位方位,规划生产线,使生产线布局合理、紧凑、车间整体形状规则,优化相关工艺参数和生产工艺流程,节约能源,降低生产成本,提高麦芽的产率与纯度,有利于操作人员工作便利,提高生产效益和经济效益。50060

本文主要研究的内容有:

1、 制麦生产线工艺分析研究:通过分析得出合理的、能调高效率、降低成本的工艺输送方式;

2、 制麦车间设备参数化建模:分析设备外形,解析设备基本体元,参数化数据导入建立可以随意改变尺寸大小的参数模型;

3、 制麦车间布局:建立基本厂房体,运用多目标遗传算法对厂房主要设备位置进行调整布局,而后插入工艺输送设备,形成车间设备布局;

4、 制麦车间管道布置:运用pdsoft软件根据具体设备要求对必要设备进行管嘴插入操作,而后根据各设备间管道的布局特点进行管道布置;

5、 干涉检查:在车间布局比较紧凑的情况下,设备和管道的交互布局使得部分设备和管道的布局存在不合理性,我们运用干涉检查将有效的排除了车间布局不合理的地方;

6、 动画仿真:对设备和管道完全布置好的车间进行漫游动画制作,充分了解到车间布局的每个环节。

With the development of economic globalization, Manufacturing system continuous development as well as puts forward higher requirements for the production line layout: Reconfigurable sex, adaptability and escalating of the system. The pros and cons of its layout for production logistics play a decisive role. Traditional system of wheat production workshop layout method is to use a simple computer assisted two-dimensional graphic design, or adopt the method of site layout, this layout method there is a big problem. And domestic and foreign research application proves that the 3 d production workshop layout optimization system was applied to production, can effectively reduce the fees and the instruction design. So this article will study the following aspects: In does not affect the basic production process requirements under the premise of reasonable USES the parametric optimization of layout, adjust the equipment and work unit orientation, planning production line, make the production line layout reasonable, compact, workshop overall shape rules, optimize related process parameters and production process, save energy, reduce production cost, improve the production rate of malt and purity, convenient for operating personnel work, improve the production efficiency and economic benefits.
