摘要现阶段烘干机的研究主要侧重于工农业方面，家用的小型衣物烘干机的研究已经停滞不前了，或者说技术相对成熟了。现在多数企业都致力于家用烘干机烘干手段的研究。比如家用衣物烘干机现阶段主要有三种烘干设备：传统烘干设备、射频烘干设备、微波烘干设备。其中射频烘干设备和微波烘干设备就是现阶段主要研究的烘干手段。本文侧重于家用烘干机的烘干模块的结构设计，至于烘干手段仍继续采用传统的热风烘干技术。相比较于新型的烘干手段，传统的烘干手段更加的经济实惠。更适应小家庭的需求。50289

本设计采用滚筒式为烘干机的基本结构。回转滚筒式衣物烘干机分为两大类：通过高温空气将衣物中的水分带走，再将吸收水分到饱和的空气直接排到烘干机外部的，叫排气型滚筒式衣物烘干机；如果是通过干燥热空气将衣物上的水分带走，含水蒸汽饱和了的空气经过一些冷凝措施将其中的水分冷凝成低湿度的空气之后继续加热循环利用，这种干燥气流循环利用的烘干机类型为除湿型回转滚筒式衣物烘干机。此次选取除湿型结构。所以本设计的家用衣物烘干机的结构定为滚筒除湿型干衣机。

设计中采用烘干气流内循环的手段，高温干燥的气流一路经过湿冷的衣物，冷凝板初步冷凝其中的水蒸汽，再经过干燥装置除湿，最后经过加热管加热得到所需的高温干燥气流用于烘干衣物。
