摘要:本次设计的为可用于可塑性材料压制工艺的锻压机,例如冲压、弯曲、翻边、薄板拉伸等工艺,同样适用于校正、压装、砂轮成形、冷挤金属零件成形、塑料制品及粉末制品的压制成形工艺等。锻压机液压系统所使用的控制方式为为集中按钮控制,可以实现手动调整和半自动循环两种操作规范。 本次设计的锻压机的工作压力、快速下行和减速下行的行程范围,可根据工作需要进行调节。它能够实现带顶出和不带顶出两种工艺方式,而且每种工艺方式中又有定压成形和定程成形两种工艺动作可供选择。主缸在压制后具有保压、延时及回程等功能,而顶出时则有顶出延时、退回等动作。保压延时和顶出延时的时间均可由时间继电器调定。本次设计的锻压机具有独立的动力系统,采用PLC控制,便于调整及文修。液压装置系板式阀集成,结构紧凑,动作可靠。关键字: 锻压机;集中控制钮;机械设计;液压系统;可编逻辑控制器7678
