摘要刮板输送机是在封闭箱体内,借助于运动着的刮板链条连续输送粉尘状、小颗粒及小块等散状物料的连续输送设备,可以水平、倾斜和垂直输送。

针对当下国内麦芽输送刮板机的普遍存在的问题,在机器的制造方面还欠缺很大柔性制造,为了适应不同的需求,刮板机的设计费时费力;所以我们进行了方案的概述,将采取的措施,和一个实施的方案,最后确定方案的选用。

在现有的麦芽输送刮板机的型号中选择一种型号来模拟工厂的需求,然后来进行一系列的设计包括:机体的设计,传动输出的设计,刮板链条的设计选型,轴和链轮的设计校核等,在校核的方式方法上面,我还采用了有限元分析的方法,与传统的安全系数分析法不同的是,有限元能够更加直观的看出轴、齿轮的受力变形的地方和大小,从而能够模拟和改进设计的方案。53183

对刮板机的参数化进行了详细的论述,参数化通过模块化和系列化来一起实现,通过零件的系列化,使得部件的模块化,让它能够具有高柔性,适合与不同的选型场合,能在最短的时间内,组装出一个新的机器,不需要再进行定制,费时费力,不适合市场的需求。
