摘要:随着造纸工业的快速发展及对造纸工业技术装备的重视,造纸企业的规模、技术水平、产品水平和制造能力等都产生了明显的变化。“十一五”期间随着造纸工业经济增长方式向质量型、效益型转变,造纸工业装备必须确立相应的发展思路,与造纸工业协调同步发展。
锥形精浆机是制浆造纸企业的核心设备,主要用于造纸行业浆料的粗、精磨。锥形精浆机凭借其强大的生产能力,相对更少的单位电耗、设备费用和占地面积,以及其结构简单、性能平稳、容易操作和文修等优点被广泛应用于造纸行业。
我本次毕业设计的课题是锥形精浆机总体设计。在设计初,我首先对设计方案进行了论证,在比较了几种不同类型精浆机的结构和性能后,确定以从各方面来讲都比较优秀的锥形精浆机为基础来设计。之后,我对主轴、底板、机座、锥形壳等主体结构进行了设计,并对主轴、联轴器、键等主要零部件进行了校核,最后对总装图和主要零部件图进行了绘制。7846

The Design of Conical Refiner
Abstract: With the fast development of paper manufacturing industry and the value on the technical equipment of paper manufacturing industry, the scale, technological level, product level and manufacturing capacity of papermaking enterprise have had obvious changes. The 11th Five-Year Plan wants the economic growth pattern of paper manufacturing industry change to be quality-oriented and efficiency-oriented, so the technical equipment of paper manufacturing industry has to establish relevant development ideas, coordinately and synchronously developing with paper manufacturing industry.
Conical refiner is core equipment in paper manufacturing industry, mainly used in rough and accurate grinding of paste. Relay on its powerful production capacity, relatively less unit power consumption, facility expense and floor space and its advantage concluding simple structure, stable performance and easy operating and maintenance, the conical refiner is widely used in paper manufacturing industry.
My task in the graduation project is the design of conical refiner. Early in design, I first demonstrate the design proposal, after comparing the structure and property of several different refiners, I decide to design on the basement of conical refiner which is more excellent from all sides. Then I design the major structure concluding main shaft, baseboard, motor base and conical shell and I check the major parts concluding main shaft, coupling and key. At last, I finish the general assembly drawing and main parts drawing.
