摘要环模制粒机是颗粒饲料加工的关键设备之一,环模制粒机性能的优劣很大程度上决定了饲料的加工产量和加工质量,在加工过程中占有非常重要的地位。环模制粒机的性能评价,一般有制粒质量、生产率、制粒机功耗、制粒机使用寿命等指标。研究环模制粒机的性能和关键部位的优化技术,对提高机械整体水平、制造水平,促进颗粒饲料的发展有着重要的理论意义与实用价值。本文的主要工作如下:
1、通过查阅大量的国内外文献资料,了解目前国内外环模制粒机现有的结构、原理,并进行归纳分析。
2、在对环模制粒机有了全面了解的基础上,全面设计出双驱动齿轮式环模制粒机,通过查阅资料,优化了环模、压辊等重要部件的设计,并对环模进行了合理的放置。绘制出了制粒机的三文结构图和工程图。
3、研究了环模的受力简化模型,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对简化模型做了性能分析与强度校核。

Title Double-Motor Driving gear die pellet’s 3D design and performance analysis
Abstract
Rotating ring die pellet mill is the key device of feed processing,the performance quality of Rotating ring die pellet mill to a large extent determines the production and quality of feed processing. The performance evaluation of Rotating ring die pellet mill generally have pelleting quality, productivity , power consumption of pelleting machine and the using life of pelleting machine index..Studying the pelleting mechanism and structural optimization of rotating ring die pellet mill has an important theoretical significance and practical value for enhancing the whole machine designing and manufacturing level and promoting the development of feed industry. In this paper, the major jobs are as follows:
1.Through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature , understand domestic and foreign rotating ring die pellet mill existing structure, principle, and summarized the analysis.
2.In the comprehensive understanding of rotating ring die pellet mill , and comprehensive designed Double-Motor Driving gear die pellet, through consulting data , optimized the roller ring die, the design of such important components of compression roller, and placed the Double-Motor Driving gear die pellet reasonablely . Draw out the pellet mill's tomograph and engineering drawings.
3.Studied the stress of the simplified model of roating ring die, and by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to do the performance analysis and strength check of the simplified model.
