摘要基于切削加工技术的不断进步,自然资源的日益匮乏,在对机械产品质量要求不断提高的同时,也对生产成本以及材料利用率提出了要求。现在,对切削参数进行优化,实现高效的切削加工时机械加工发展的一个崭新领域。船用柴油机是船舶的核心零部件,通过对柴油机机身零件的切削参数优化是提高零件的加工质量,缩短生产时间,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,将增强我国船舶行业在世界上竞争力。本文将使用优化的切削参数替代传统的工人师傅利用经验法所得的切削参数,在保证工艺系统安全的前提下使单位时间内的材料去除率达到最大。

本文中,将基于机身零件的加工工艺分析,选择机身零件中切削加工余量最大的铣削加工作为切削参数优化的研究内容。对于所要研究的切削参数优化,首先将对其进行总体方案的设计,确定研究与分析的方向。在参数优化的研究中,我们选择对高速铣削加工进行切削参数的优化。在优化过程中,将基于锤击实验的原理对工艺系统进行模态参数的获取,为优化软件提供系统的模态参数。最后,将对优化所得的切削参数输入到验证软件中进行切削验证,得到切削过程中的切削力变化图以及切削温度变化图。基于对优化结果的分析,确定所优化的切削参数是满足切削加工的要求,同时可以达到对切削过程进行优化的目的。56681

Abstract

Based on the progress of machining technology and natural resources shortage ,people require increasing with the mechanical product quality ,at the same time ,request the production cost and material .Now , for optimizing the cutting parameters ,realizing cutting efficient machinery processing development is a new field. Marine diesel engine is the core components of the ship, we can improve the part of diesel engine’s quality , reduce production time, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs by optimizing the cutting parameters of diesel engine body parts, this method is an important means and ways to enhance the competition of China's shipbuilding industry in the world. This paper will use the optimization cutting parameters instead of the traditional cutting parameters taken by the experience of workers to guarantee to achieving the cutting process optimization goals while ensuring system security.

In this paper,the processing technology of body parts based on the analysis of machining allowance,body parts in the largest milling as the research content of cutting parameters optimization.For the optimization of cutting parameters to the study,firstly,designs the overall scheme of the,determine the direction of research and analysis.In the study of parameter optimization,we choose the optimization of cutting parameters on high-speed milling.In the process of optimization,will obtain modal parameters on the process system based on the principle of hammer experiment,provides the system modal parameters to optimize software.Finally,the cutting parameters on the optimized input to verify software verification by cutting,the cutting force and cutting temperature variation change chart.Analysis on the results of optimization based on the cutting parameters determined by the optimization,is to meet the requirements of machining,and can achieve the purpose of optimization of cutting process.
