摘要电子驻车制动系统(EPB,Electronic Parking Brake)是一种为提高驾驶人员的操纵方便性以及驻车安全性而研制的电控设备,也是车辆驻车制动系统的发展方向。 本论文介绍了电子驻车制动系统的应用现状和发展趋势以及功能和发展的意义。在分析国家标准的基础上,对电子驻车制动系统的功能进行了设计,并详细描述了电子驻车制动系统执行机构方案的设计。同时本文根据坡度的要求计算驻车制动力,根据功率选择电机,根据传动比选择减速器,根据强度,耐磨性和稳定性设计丝杠螺母。 经分析,本系统可实现预期的设计功能,实现课题研制方案的正确性,可行性。 8102

Abstract
Electronic Parking Brake system (EPB, Electronic Parking Brake) is a
kind of electric equipment to improve the driver's manipulation
convenience and parking safety.EPB is also the development direction
of vehicle parking brake system.
This thesis introduced present application situation,development
trend ,the function and significance of development of electronic
parking brake system. on the basis of analysis of national standard,
the thesis designed the function of electronic parking brake system
and gived a detailed description of the electronic brake system
actuator design.According to the requirement of the gradient parking
brake force was calculated.According to the power motor was selected,
According to the transmission ratio, reducer was selected. According
to the strength, wear resistance and stability the screw nut was
designed.
After analysis, the system achieves the expected design functionand
realizes the research program correctness and feasibility.
