摘要船舶的设计、制造是一个非常复杂的工程,它涉及到许多方面,各种因素会互相影响,我们必须通过思考和计算,在这些因素中选择最优的组合方式,并将其体现于制造过程。

船舶生产设计从出现到现在共经历了三个阶段,分别是铆接时代、焊接时代和现代造船时代。铆接时代用的是整体制造法,在这样的方式里面,船舶设计提供造哪样子的船的各种文件。而焊接时代用的就是分段制造法,在这个时段里,设计已经开始和制造工艺合并起来,已经涉及到了怎样造船,我国现在正是处于这个阶段向现代造船时代过度的时期。现代造船时代是工程师们对船舶制造过程不断优化的结果,这个阶段用的是区域舾装法,在这种方式中,船舶设计和施工制造同时进行、船体制造和舾装工程同时进行,这样就形成了生产设计。58187

现代船舶生产设计由初步设计、详细设计和生产设计三部分组成。生产设计涉及到整个生产体系,贯穿于整个船舶设计过程的始终,对于初步设计和详细设计也有影响,对于船舶的生产过程更是有着指导作用。这三个过程相辅相成,相互作用。

生产设计是船舶设计的最后阶段,需要从设计、工艺、管理一体化考虑。优秀的生产设计,首先可以确保现场生产过程的安全性。同时,能最大程度地利用船舶企业现有设备,使船舶企业的生产效率更高、造船质量更好。它可以发挥操作人员的技术水平,使得生产工作更易完成,有效避免重复工作造成的时间、资源的浪费,进而缩短建造周期,节省生产成本,从而带来更好的经济效益。

母型船资料中有总布置图、典型横剖面图、基本结构图。了解国内船舶生产设计的发展现状和母型船的船型数据和技术性能之后,思考它对我们生产设计的影响。之后考虑油船的结构和功能特点、起重能力、板材规格等因素,在已给的图纸资料和编码规则的基础上对甲板CD14分段进行生产设计,依次绘制分段划分图、分段结构图、拼板图和零件明细表,最后探讨油船在未来的发展方向,我国船舶工业该如何进步。
