摘要 该设计说明书主要介绍大学生方程式赛车制动系统的设计,首先介绍了制动系统的设计意义,研究现状及设计目标,然后选择制动系统的设计方案,主要包括制动系制动形式的选择,驱动机构的选择,液压分路系统的选择,液压制动轮缸及主缸的参数选择。该方程式赛车的前后轮制动器均选择盘式制动器,驱动形式为液压驱动,并采用相互独立的双回路系统,一个主缸控制前轴两轮的制动,另一个控制后轴两轮的制动,绘制了制动器装配图及主要零件图,并建立了制动8191
系统三文模型。

Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the design of breaking system of Formula
Student. First, introduce the meaning of breaking system, the researching
environment and the goal of the design. Then, choose the designing category
of the breaking system, including the breaking form, the driving
mechanism , and the Hydraulic shunt system . Also, we have to choose the
standard of the wheel cylinder and Master cylinder .To this race car ,we
choose the breaking disc ,and the hydraulic driving system .There has two
independent circuit systems ,one master cylinder controls front wheels to
break ,the other controls the rear wheels to break. At last,draw assembly
drawing and the parts drawing and create a system of three-dimensional
