摘要排气歧管是将引擎各气缸排出的废气汇集到一起排出车外的重要部件,发动机在燃烧过程中产生的废气从多个气缸内收集清洁(经三元催化器)消声,然后引到车后排放。为达到欧Ⅳ排放法规的要求,通常将催化转换器安装在发动机排气歧管的出口位置,也就是开发并使用了紧耦合式排气歧管。与传统布置方式相比,这种布置可以使催化剂快速起燃,充分发挥某些配方催化剂的效能,因而被执行欧Ⅳ排放标准的车 辆广泛采用。本论文进行排气歧管材料的选择,加工工艺的确立,设计紧耦合式排气歧管的结构并建 立紧耦合式排气歧管的三文模型,运用有限元法对其进行模态分析分析,分析其固有振动特性。8194

Title Design a tight coupling type structure engine exhaust manifold
Abstract
An exhaust manifold is a component mounted to a cylinder head of an internal
combustion engine.It is used to collect exhaust gases from each cylinder
and direct them to a common system-whereby gases arc treated to remove
harmful emissions before being released from the vehicle.In order to meet
the requirements of Euro IV emission standard,the catalytic converter is
installed at the exit of exchaust manifold usually,that means the tight
coupled manifolds are developed and used.Compared with the traditional
arrangement, this structure could make the catalystcombust rapidly and full
use of the catalyst efficiency,which is used widely in theEuro IV emission
standard vehicle.
In this paper , I choose the material and processing technology of exhaust
manifold .Then,I design tightly coupled type the structure of the exhaust
manifold and make tightly coupled type exhaust manifold 3D model.using the
method of finite element modal analysis,I analyze the natural vibration
characteristic.
