摘要:随着计算机技术的迅速发展,计算机三文造型技术特别是逆向工程技术在工业上已经得到广泛应用。为了解决手机外形设计周期长,更新换代速度慢,方便外形改进创新设计等问题。本文研究了基于UMV 自动影像仪的手机外壳逆向设计,并以黑莓 7130v 手机为例进行详细逆向设计。 将手机的外壳拆卸到最小单元,然后用影像仪和游标卡尺测量,根据实测数据进行建模。完成模型逆向建模后,根据手机可能的受力情况和最有可能造成破坏性的受力情况进行一些模型的强度进行校核,检验模型强度是否满足要求。也为模型的安全性提供参考。然后在逆向模型的基础上做一些改进,再做一些创新设计。8291

Basing on the UMV automatic image instrument
for mobile phone shell reverse design
Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, computer
three-dimensional modeling technology, especially the reverse engineering
technology has been widely used in industry. In order to solve the problems of that
mobile phone appearance long cycle design, easily to improve mobile phone
appearance innovation design and so on. This paper studies basing on the UMV
automatic image instrument for mobile phone shell reverse design, and with the
blackberry 7130v as an example of reverse design in details. First, we remove the
mobile phone into minimum unit, and then use image instrument and vernier caliper
to measure the parts measurement. Second, according to the measured data, we
Complete reverse modeling. Find out the force of the mobile phone received most
likely to cause the destruction, and check the intensity of some model. Inspect
whether the model strength meets the requirements. Also provide reference for the
security of model. And then basis on the reversed model, we do some new design, and
we also do some innovative design.
