摘要以科研类全国航空航天模型锦标赛为背景,本论文开展了基于小型探空火箭的简易飞行器的设计与制作,运用三文软件进行绘制飞行器三文图形,并进行制作加工,试验飞行。重点解决返回舱的定点回收的精确度和稳定性问题。在本文中,主要综合考虑每种飞行器气动结构优缺点,采用两种飞行器总体气动布局方案,并计算与分析其气动特性、稳定性并考虑横向风影响的外弹道情况,最终选择一种满足要求的飞行器。同时进行一些利用尾翼舵面控制飞行器俯仰、翻滚和偏转的探索,可以一定程度上改善定点着陆的问题。关键词 探空火箭 简易飞行器 返回舱 定点着陆8393
Title Design and production of the simple vehicle
Abstract
To the background of 2012 China State Aero Model Renovation Championship, based on sounding rockets this thesis carried out design and production of the simple vehicle, used 3D software to draw the drawing of aircraft to make and have its test flight. Focused on solving the problems of accuracy and stability the fixed-point recovery of re-entry capsule. In this paper, the main work is to synthesize advantages and disadvantages of each kind of the aerodynamic structure of the vehicle, to use two kinds of schemes and calculate and analyze its aerodynamic characteristics, stability and how the crosswind affects the exterior balliotics, finally choose one which can fulfill the requirement. Meanwhile makes some explorations towards using the rudder to control its pitching roll and yaw motion, which to some extent can improve the problems of fixed-point landing.
