摘 要极地泛指的是地球南北两端纬度66.5 度及以上的区域,即南极和北极,而国际海事界讨论的极地规则主要涉及北极。 北极的重要性主要表现于油气资源丰富、关涉战略“瞰制”及航道控制。根据美国、俄罗斯、加拿大等国家的研究,北极区域蕴储着全球25%左右未探明的石油及天然气资源。论文主要研究以下几方面的内容:(1)查询水冰两栖艇的国内外发展现状,跟踪国内外水冰两栖艇的船型技术,总结国内外水冰两栖艇的设计特点和设计要求;(2)分析各国水冰两栖艇的性能特点,应用专业方法对该艇进行分析,得到满足设计要求的多功能水冰两栖艇;(3)分析水冰两栖艇的基本要素(如爬冰方式、爬冰过程、绿色能源使用等),完成新型水冰两栖艇的概念设计,包括三视图、总布置图、三维动态模拟;(4)介绍并应用船舶分析软件,制作船体模型,简要分析其基本性能;(5)探讨水冰62283两栖艇的爬冰系统及其设计特点,确定其布局的最佳形式,研究水冰两栖艇水面航行与爬冰最佳形式,验证其能满足任务要求;(6)完成概念设计,得到水冰两栖艇的主要技术和性能指标。62283

Abstract Polar region refers to the place that above 66.5 degrees of the earth's north andsouth ends of latitude region, i.e., the Antarctic and the Arctic.But polar rules thatinternational maritime community discussed mainly relate to the Arctic. Theimportance is mainly reflected in the rich oil and gas resources and related to strategyof watching and channel control. According to a study in the United States, Russiaand other countries, the Arctic region stores about 25% of the undiscovered oil andnatural gas resources in the planet.The main researched contents about several aspectsare as following:(1) Inquirying water-ice amphibious craft out of domestic and foreigndevelopment present situation, tracking ship technology of domestic and foreignwater-ice amphibious crafts, summing up design features and design requirements ofthe domestic and foreign water ice amphibious craft;(2) Analysing performance characteristics of national water-ice amphibious craftand applying professional methods for different types of vessels for comprehensiveevaluation, that can meet the design requirements of the multifunctional water-iceamphibious craft;(3) Analysing basic elements of water-ice amphibious craft (such as the way ofclimbing ice, the process of climbing ice, the use of green energy, etc.).Finishingconceptual design of new water ice amphibious craft, including three views, generallayout, 3D dynamic simulation;(4) Introducting and applying ship analysis software, the production of shipmodel, a brief analysis of its basic performance;(5) Talking about the climbing ice system of water-ice amphibious craft and itsdesign features and determine the best form of its layout.Studying water-iceamphibious vessel sailing in the surface and the best form of ice climbing to verify itthat can meet the requirements of the mission; (6) Completing concept design, get main technology and performance indexes ofwater-ice amphibious craft.
