摘要:如今,中国的工业发展虽然迅猛,但大多数工业还处于不可持续的状态, 还是以破坏环境为代价,甚至是以工人的身体健康为代价的。比如,切削行业, 特别是金属切削行业,如果在粉尘的控制系统方面有所欠缺,那么带给一线工人 的危害是巨大的:肺炎、肺气肿、骨质软化[1]。工业除尘的方法有很多,本文着 重研究分析的是一项应用还不够广泛,却相对便捷并且经济实用的除尘技术—— 细水雾除尘。目前,细水雾除尘技术仍处于发展阶段,如何才能挖据出它的最大 效率是本文研究的中心内容。本次实验使用手持式 CEL-712 Microdust 粉尘测量 仪、中高速粒子图像测速系统 PIV、1/8GG-SS2 型号的喷嘴、VF-IF4-1 型风机以 及增压水泵进行实验。本次研究的内容主要有:细水雾粒径大小、水温高低以及 喷头相对粉尘发生源的布置位置等因素对除尘效率的影响。细水雾粒径的大小通 过调节水泵的压力来控制,水泵压力越大,打散出的水雾粒径越小。水温通过控 制进水水源的温度来控制。喷头位置分为上中下三个。最终对细水雾系统的三个 方面进行对比分析,并利用 PIV 测试系统对喷嘴的喷雾角和流场速度等特性进行 测试,在此基础上进行细水雾除尘系统设计。并针对低温环境中细水雾除尘技术 的使用限制进行系统优化。66284

The design and optimization of dust control system using water mist

Abstract: Nowadays, although the development of China's industrial is rapid, it is still in an unsustainable stage that the development comes at the expense of the environment, even the workers' health. For example, the cutting industry, especially the metal cutting industry, the front-line workers are facing huge harm to their health like pneumonia, emphysema or bone softening if there is a lack of dust control system in their working place. There are many methods to control the dust concentration in industry. This essay focuses on the water spray system which is not widely used, but it is economical, practical and easy to operate. The way to dig out its maximum efficiency is the central content of this study considering the water mist system is  still

in the developing stage at present. This experiment was carried out using hand-held CEL-712 Microdust dust measuring instrument, medium & high speed particle image velocity measuring system(Particle Image Velocimetry)、1/8GG-SS2 type nozzle,

VF-IF4-1 type fan and booster water pump. This essay mainly analyzes the influences to the efficiency in these three aspects: the size of fine water mist, the level of water temperature and the location of the nozzle. The size of the fine water mist  is controlled by adjusting the pressure of the pump for increasing the pressure would cause the decrease of the droplet size; the water temperature is controlled by adjusting the temperature of the incoming water source; the nozzle can be positioned in three different places of the room. Finally, after the three aspects of the water mist system are analyzed, the optimal combination will be obtained. Then the spray angles and velocity of the flow will be tested by the PIV system. On the basic of all these aspects, the design of the water mist dust removal system will be carried out. Except for that, this essay also proposes a scheme about system optimization for the use of water mist dust removal technology in low temperature environment.
