摘要选择性性激光熔融(Selective Laser Melting, SLM)技术是一种新型的快速成型及快速制造技术,能够适应现代生产中快速化、柔性化和个性化的要求。但是,SLM技术装备成本过高,严重制约其发展。机械工程学院高端装备实验室在一期平台的基础上,开发既具有自主知识产权、成本低廉,又具有加工精度高、系统运行稳定的选择性激光熔化设备。论文将对此实验平台进行工业工程分析,从人机工程学的角度对实验平台的高度,实验平台的尺寸和探测器的位置和实验环境等因素进行设计或优化,同时也对实验过程中的流程进行分析,设计最佳操作过程,对实验平台的零件材料和精度进行必要性分析,以期望在满足加工精度的要求下,减少平台制造的成本。使实验平台满足实用性,人性化等要求。68902

Title Design the SLM quipment based on industry engineering
Abstract
SLM(Selective Laser Melting)is a new type of Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing which is fast, flexible and personalized in modern production. However, it lacks some degree of accuracy and costs too much, which holds up its further development. By upgrading the former equipment, the high-end equipment laboratory belongs to the School of mechanical engineering creates its cost-saving, stable and more accurate SLM equipment, which suits mass application and the condition of domestic industries. In this essay, the SLM equipment is analyzed by the knowledge of industrial engineering. It is designed or upgraded in many aspects, including the height of the platform, the size of the platform,the location of the detector and the whole experimental environment. Meanwhile, the best course of experiment is created according to analysis and cost reductions are achieved by adjusting its accuracy.It is expected that the equipment can be both economical and functional. On the whole, this SLM equipment meets the standards of practicality and humanity.
