摘要双脉冲发动机是一种在燃烧室内装填利用脉冲隔离装置隔离开的两节推进剂单元, 但共用同一个燃烧室和喷管,用任意定时使各个推进剂单元分别进行燃烧,产生两次推 力的固体火箭发动机。文章介绍了双脉冲发动机及其脉冲隔离装置的具体结构,对目前 的研究现状进行综述,给出了未来发展的几个建议方向;本文还对口径为 122 mm 固体火 箭发动机进行了总体设计和脉冲隔离装置的设计,并运用程序软件计算出所设计发动机 的内弹道曲线;最后,对设计方案进行优化,使其满足设计指标。69456

Title The Design of Double Pulse Solid Rocket Motor
Abstract
The double pulse motor is a solid rocket motor which is filled with two propellant units in the combustion chamber. Two units was separated by the pulse separation device. But the motor only has one combustion chamber and one nozzle. With the burning of each propellant unit, the rocket motor produce the thrust twice. Because of the simple structure and higher performance, a lot of researches has been carried out at home and abroad. And some research results have been applied to missile. This paper introduces the research status of the double pulse motor and the pulse separation device. Then the caliber of 122 mm solid rocket motor and its pulse separation device is designed. At last, the author use the software and calculate the ballistic curve of the designed motor.
