摘要钢丝绳是把力学机能和几何尺寸契合要求的钢丝按照某些特定的规律捻制 在一起的螺旋状钢丝束,钢丝绳由铁丝、绳芯及润滑油构成。钢丝绳是先用多层 钢丝绞成股,然后用一根绳子,由一定数量的股绕成螺旋线。在提升,牵引,拉 紧等作业中起到不可替代的作用。钢丝绳的工作强度高,自身重量轻,工作稳定, 不会突然整条断裂,在工作过程中可放心使用。钢丝绳在各国家的工业生产过程 中都是属于标准产品,需要按照用途选择其直径大小、绳股和每股钢丝数、抗拉 强度和安全系数,它的具体规格型号可以在有关手册中查得。由于钢丝绳的独特 性能,迄今为止还没有找到一个更好的产品在国内和国外完全取代钢丝绳,钢丝 绳在某些领域,尤其是冶金,采矿,石油和天然气钻井,机械,化工,航空等方 面已经成为不可缺少的组成部分或材料,其质量也受到了国内多方面产业的关 注,并投入大量人力和物力资源去,日常使用,维修,更换了大量的规则和法规。70014

本文首先在分析了钢丝绳的几何构造前提下建立钢丝绳于非工作受力状态 下的三维几何模型。根据之前分析的数据利用 ProE 软件创建钢丝绳三维实体模 型。将该实体模型直接导入到 ANSYS 软件中,进行钢丝绳在各种情况下的应 力应变分析,研究了钢丝直径、绳轮直径和捻距对钢丝绳应力应变的影响。

center,by a certain number of strand wound into a spiral rope.In material handling machinery for lifting, traction, tension and load carrying.High strength of steel wire rope, light weight, stable work, not easy to suddenly break the whole root, the work is reliable.Steel wire rope in the industrial countries are standard products, according to use need to select its diameter, numbers of strands, each strand of wire number, tensile strength and adequate safety factor,Its specifications can be found in the manual.Steel wire rope in the field of metallurgy, mines, oil and natural gas drilling and production, machinery, chemical, aerospace and other become essential components or materials.Its quality has been concerned by many domestic industries, and put a lot of manpower and material resources for the use of wire rope research and product development,Selection of wire rope structure, daily use and maintenance of all aspects of maintenance and replacement of scrap has formulated many regulations and rules.

In this paper, firstly, the structure of the wire rope is analyzed, and the geometric model of the wire rope in the vertical state is established.Then the Pro/E 3D model of the steel wire rope is established,The model is directly introduced into ANSYS, and the stress and strain analysis under various conditions are carried out.
