摘要:为确保油墨罐中油墨的质量,油墨罐在封盖前,必须对油墨表面加防护油膜和抽真空充氮气,本课题是根据此要求而特制的一台自动封盖装置。该装置有加防护油装置,抽真空充氮气装置和机械手等主要部件组成。加防护油装置中特制了气动式柱塞泵和油雾罩,前者可实现防护油的自动抽、吸和排出,后者利用了雾化原理,将防护油雾化,从而使防护油形成均匀而致密的油膜,覆盖在油墨表面上。抽真空充氮气装置由气缸带动,将装有油墨罐的工作圆台送入真空室中,并在其中一并实现吸盖、抽真空充氮气、压盖等动作。机械手的作用用于加防护油和抽真空充氮气两个工位的位置切换。装置主要有气压传动、PLC控制,操作者只需将油墨罐放入自定位置,即可实现自动封盖过程。71992

Design of Ink Tank Capped Device
Abstract:To ensure the quality of ink in the ink can,thepreservative oil must be added to the surface of the ink and the can must be vacuum and filled with nitrogen before sealing。 This subject is a special automatic sealing device based on this requirement。The device is made up with a protective oil device ,a device which vacuum and filled in the nitrogen and a mechanical arm。A pneumatic plunger pump and a oil mist is manufacture for a special purpose in the protective oil device。 The pneumatie plunger pump is used to made the suction and draw out the protective oil。The oil mist using the principle of atomization to make the oil into fog state which make sure the fog evenly coated on the surface of the oil。 The pneumatic plunger pump and the oil mist are drived by a air cylinder,then place the working round table of ink can into the vacuum chamber。 Suction cap, vacuum fill nitrogen, glanded in the vacuum chamber。 The manipulator is used for switching between two positions。 The device mainly drived by pneumatic transmission, PLC control system, The operator simply places the ink can in the set position,the device will automaticlly encapsulating the lid。
