本次任务是设计工程机械底盘电力驱动系统。电力驱动技术是当前工程机械、汽车等行业的发展是大势所趋,设计的关键部分主要包括动力源(电池),驱动装置(电机),速度控制装置(调速器)电池管理系统(BMS)等。底盘动力驱动系统是当今世界工程机械行业的设计研究与其产业化发展是同步的,因为电力驱动系统节能减排的特性,学术界和工程机械行业对其产生了极大的兴趣。四轮电力驱动技艺足以使工程机械底盘电子化,大大提高了施工机械底盘的性能,使铰接式工程机械底盘的电力驱动系统更具竞争力。

Design of electric drive system for construction machinery chassis

Abstract The main advantages of the construction machinery chassis are high energy consumption, a large number of consumption and emissions, so the research of energy saving in the current energy and environmental conditions is very important practical significance. This paper analysis the object of study is representative of mechanical engineering -- chassis of engineering machinery, and chassis of engineering machinery work of energy consumption and emissions of quality is mainly affected by the influence the dynamic system, including its structure, parameters and control methods etc., so the engineering machinery chassis energy saving consumption mainly is to study the design of the power system.

The task is to study and design of engineering machinery chassis power drive system and electric drive technology is an important trend in the development of construction machinery industry, the key technology mainly including electric drive control system, the battery management system and power source. Engineering machinery chassis drive system is in today's world of electric vehicle research and development and industrialization of a new engineering machinery chassis development direction is synchronized, because of the widely used the ideal control characteristics, by the academic and engineering circles widespread attention. Four wheel independent drive technology can make the construction machinery chassis electronic, greatly improve the performance of the construction machinery chassis, so that the power driven system of articulated engineering machinery chassis is more competitive.
