摘要本次设计的标题为塑料饭盒注塑模具设计,分析得出模具的外形很大,而且深度也很大,我们在这里采取的浇注系统是点浇口模式,并且一个模具一个型腔。我所设计的模具是常规的,而且在参考了其他资料之后更加肯定了其准确性以及可靠性。在设计过程当中,我更加注重选择方面,在选择了适当的资料与各个结构之后,我做起来才会更加得心应手。由此我开始了本次的毕业设计,并且希望能够从中获取更多的知识和技能。73827
在开始设计之前,我们要选择注塑机等等方面。如果选择不当则后面会出现很多的问题,所以我们在注塑机的选取方面也要考虑清楚防止导致以后的错误发生。在完成这些过程之后,我们要把我们所做的列表或者归类总结起来,便于以后的翻阅以及修改。最后,我们还要借助于一些软件来完成此次毕业设计比如计算机辅助软件。

Plastic Mold Design Soapbox
Abstract The title of this design of injection mold design of plastic lunch box, analysis it is concluded that the shape of the mould is very big, and the depth is big, here we are pouring system is to point gate model, and a mold cavity. I design of mould is regular, and in reference to other data after confirmed the accuracy and reliability. In the design process, the choice, I pay more attention to in choosing the appropriate materials and various structure, I will do more handy. So I started this graduation design, and hope to be able to obtain more knowledge and skills.
Before we start to design, we should choose injection molding machine, etc. If choose undeserved behind will appear a lot of problems, so we also want to consider to be clear about in the selection of injection molding machine to prevent lead to errors in the future. After complete the process, we need to make a list of what we do or classified to sum up, easy to read and modify later. Finally, we have to use some software to complete the graduation design such as computer aided software.
