摘要爆破片是一种典型的，应用最广的压力膜片，爆破片装置是常用在压力容器、管道以及各种承压类设备上的安全附件。它能在系统介质超压的时候破裂并释放压力,保护设备及操作人员的生命安全。爆破片试验装置是对爆破片进行型式试验的装置，主要用来对爆破片进行试验，以确保爆破片能满足使用条件。74271

本文主要围绕爆破片试验装置的强度分析及其性能,和爆破片的材料、厚度、预刻槽形状尺寸对破膜压力的影响展开，采用了解析法、有限元分析等方法进行研究。有限元法主要依靠Ansys Workbench软件。

Title    Design and Analysis of Pressure Membrane Rupture Test   Device 

Abstract

Bursting disc device is commonly used in pressure vessel, pipe and all kinds of pressure equipment on the safety accessories。 It can break down and release pressure, protect the safety of the equipment and the operator's life when the system medium overpressure。 The bursting disc test device is a device used for the type test of the bursting disc, which is mainly used to test the bursting disc to ensure that the bursting disc can meet the conditions of use。

In this paper, on the basis of strength analysis of blasting test device and its performance, and blasting sheet material, thickness, pre engraved groove shape and size effect of broken membrane pressure, using the analytical method and the finite element analysis method to carry on the research。 Finite element method mainly rely on Workbench Ansys software。
