NC电气盒底座注塑模具设计过程中,包括根据产品的模型进行模具分型面的设计、型腔和型芯的确定、浇注系统的设计、分析塑料填充过程等几个方面。本课题的还将涉及一些二维及三维软件的应用,如AutCAD、UG等,通过本次设计可以让我掌握注塑模的模具结构设计,对CAD、UG等一系列软件的熟练应用,培养自己综合运用所学基础知识和专业基本理论、基本方法分析和解决测量与控制及其他相关工程实际问题的能力。

Abstract With the rapid progress of the plastics industry, injection mold design and manufacture will increasingly faced with more and higher requirements, for example, to ensure high quality of production, and ensure the high precision manufacturing, research and development cycle shortened, whether it can adapt to this kind of demand is now a mold manufacturing, to the healthy development of enterprises an important factor。
This topic research of NC electrical box injection mold base design。 This process includes according to the model of the product mold design of parting surface, cavity and core of determination, gating system design, analysis of filled plastics。 This topic will also involve the application of 2D and 3D software, such as AutoCAD, UG, through this design can let me know the mould structure of the injection mould design, skilled application of CAD, UG and a series of software, cultivate a comprehensive use of their own learning basic knowledge and professional based this theory, the basic method to analyze and solve the practical problems of measurement and control, and other related works。
