摘要本次设计是以注塑模具理论为基础,用所学的机械设计知识,在老师的指导 下完成了电气盒注塑模具设计。在对塑件进行全面的工艺分析,并且不断的比较, 最终设计出了一套基本满足要求的注塑模具。该毕业设计从产品结构工艺性,具 体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系 统、注塑机的选择及有关参数校核,都有详细的设计。在本次设计中,我们必须 对塑件进行工艺性能的分析,然后画出塑件的零件图。标注好尺寸后开始选择材 料以及选取注射机。准备工作完成了之后,开始对模具进行设计。包含了对侧浇 口的设计、主流道、分流道的设计、模具型腔的分布、模架的选择和校核、注射 机的校核等,计算部分包含最大注射量的校核、锁模力的校核等,最重要的是对 模具结构中型腔和型芯各个部分的径向和高度、深度尺寸的计算。设计过程中需 要参考相关资料,对其中的问题进行了不断的改进,最后才能够符合设计的要求。76198

Abstract The design is based on the theory of plastic injection mold, with the knowledge of mechanical design, in the teacher's guidance to complete the electrical box injection mold design。The graduation project is the design of the electric box on the cover of the mold design, in the process of plastic parts for a comprehensive analysis, and constant comparison, the final design of a set of basically meet the requirements
of the injection mold。 The graduation design from the technology of product structure, specific mold structure of, gating system on mold, mold forming part of the structure, ejector systems, cooling systems, injection molding machine of choice and the related parameter check, there are detailed design。 In this design, we must analyze the process performance of the plastic parts, and then draw the part drawing of the parts。 Begin to select materials and select injection machine after marking the size。 After the preparation is completed, the mold is designed。 Contains design of side gate, sprue, runner design, mold cavity distribution, mold selection and verification, injection machine, such as the check, calculation part contains the maximum injection quantity check, check the clamping force of the lock etc。, the most important is to the die structure and medium cavity and core sections of radial and height, depth and the size of the calculation。 In the design process, we need to refer to the relevant information, which is the problem of continuous improvement, and finally can meet the requirements of the design。
