摘要在机械专业的学习中,经常能接触到试验台,多功能试验台能为实验提供一个更加方便的平台。多功能机械传动试验台,是用来检测和研究一台仪器内部的传动系统的设备。这个传动系统包括减速器、变速器、传动半轴、差速器等,这些都是一台机器的最重要的构成部分。76206
论文首先介绍了机械传动系统的现状以及相关领域的发展情况,并对试验台的功能方面进行了详细地分析,其次根据给定的功率,经过认真地比较和研究,采用带式无级变速器,同时通过添加惰轮的方式来实现中心距可调。然后对中心距可调机构以及无级变速机构进行进一步的计算设计和结构设计,最后根据这些数据绘制主要的系统装配图和一些零件的结构图。
本次设计的试验台是由电动机提供动力,经过传动轴传递,再进行无级变速,但在动力传递的同时,传动轴本身也与其余两根轴发生中心距可调的现象,从而达到本次设计的目的。

Abstract In the mechanical engineering study, often has access to testing, multifunction test-bed for experiments to provide a more convenient platform。 Mechanical transmission experiment platform is an instrument used to detect and study the internal transmission system equipment。 This drive system including the gearbox, transmission, driving axle, differential mechanism and so on, which is the most important component of a machine。
Firstly introduced current situation and developments of the mechanical transmission system in related fields, and after the detailed analysis of the function, then according to the given power, after careful comparison and study on belt type continuously variable transmission, and by adding idlers to adjust Center distance。 Then the center distance adjustable steeples speed change mechanism for further design and structural design, based on these data the main system assembly drawings and some parts of the chart。
The design of the tester is powered by a motor, and after a drive shaft transmission, CVT, but while in power transmission, drive shaft itself is also adjustable Center distance with the remaining two axes of the phenomenon, so as to achieve the objective of this design。
