摘 要起重铺管船是起重船与铺管船的良性结合产物，起重铺管船的吊重试验是检验该 起重铺管船结构是否安全可靠的重要依据，在起重铺管船投入运用之前都需要进行起重 铺管船的吊重试验。该论文主要介绍了起重铺管船、起重铺管船吊重试验的原理，以及 常用的吊重试验方法。79821

本文还介绍了 SESAM 软件建模和结构强度分析的使用方法。介绍了 GeniE 模块创 建吊重试验箱有限元模型的具体步骤和方法，按实际载荷对水箱进行强度校核，检验吊 重试验箱强度是否合格。运用 SEASAM 软件中的 GeniE 模块建其中一个吊耳的具体步 骤，加载所受到拉力的情况下对吊耳进行强度校核。本文重点介绍了某 3500 吨起重铺 管船使用水箱进行吊重试验的方法，其中包括试验荷载试验详细的步骤、锁具的连接方 式，以及试验需要注意的事项和起重机的测验认证。

Lifting pipelaying ship is floating crane and laying the benign combination of product， crane hoisting test of pipelaying barge is to check whether the lifting pipelaying  ship structure important basis of safe and reliable before put into use in lifting pipelaying barge requires lifting hoisting test of pipelaying barge。 The paper mainly introduces the hoisting laying ship， lifting laying hoisting test principle， and hoisting test methods。

This text still introduced the operation method of SESAM software model and structure strength analysis。 Introduced a GeniE mold piece establish to mourn heavy experiment box limited dollar model of concrete step and method， press physically carry the lotus carries on pit in the strength school to the water tank ， examination mourn heavy experiment box whether strength is qualified。 Make use of the GeniE mold piece in the SEASAM software the concrete step that sets up an among those to mourn an ear， add to carry is carried on pit in the strength school towards mourning an ear under the circumstance of pulling the dint。 This article mainly introduced some 3500 tons of water tank lifting pipelaying barge used for hoisting test method， including the test load test of the detailed steps， lock connection mode， as well as test items need to be aware of and crane certification test。
