摘要:PE管自动熔焊机在PE管材焊接使用的领域中有着不可代替的作用,所以,对于其结构的设计与优化也是必不可少的重要研究。热板机构在整个装置中起着加热管材的作用,其中对于PE管自动熔焊机热板机构最重要的机构是其中的曲柄连杆机构,液压缸推动曲柄连杆机构,最终带动整个热板进行上抬的运动。本文的重点就在与利用matlab仿真程序对曲柄连杆机构进行有效的运动仿真,获得最优化的参数,来优化整个PE管自动熔焊机热板机构的抬升动作。在matlab仿真之后得到的参数以及数据窗口,经过证明,都是符合所给出的要求,也符合实际的生产需求,本文也对该机构进行了新的改进,为需求PE管自动熔焊机的企业提供了新的设计方案。79932
