摘要经过几十年的发展,我国工业化进程不断得到推进,起重行业的市场需求进一步增大。偏挂起重机是一种应用相当普遍的桥架型起重机,它具有场地利用率高、作业范围大、操作性好、适应性强、通用性强等特点。偏挂起重机一般由桥架,起升机构和小车运行机构,大车运行机构,操纵室,小车导电装置,起重机总电源导电装置等辅助设施组成。本设计选择16吨位偏挂桥式起重机进行研究。
全文分五部分内容来完成本次设计课题内容:81060
第一部分为绪论部分,简要介绍了起重机械的作用、国内外起重机械的发展状况及存在的问题、我国起重机械的发展方向。
第二部分为总体结构布置的确定,该部分主要分析了起重机的工作特点,组成部分包括起升机构、大小车机构的布置方案,梁与支架的连接。
第三部分为起重机主要参数的设计与校核,该部分包括桥式起重机主要尺寸如大车轮距、主梁高度、端梁高度、加劲板的布置尺寸等和计算载荷,箱型结构主梁,主要焊缝的验算。
第四部分为起重机结构有限元分析,该部分介绍了有限元分析的基本原理及其特点,有限元分析过程包括建模、划分网格、加载、求解分析等步骤。
第五部分为结论及展望部分,对本设计进行分析总结,论证偏挂桥式起重机基本尺寸和有限元分析的可靠性,同时也指出其不足待改进之处。

The full text is pided into four parts to complete this design topic content。 The first part is the introduction, which briefly introduces the function of lifting machinery, the development status and existing problems of domestic and international lifting machinery, and the development direction of China's lifting machinery。
The second part is the determination of the overall structure, this part mainly analyzes the working characteristics of the crane, including lifting mechanism, the arrangement of the size of the vehicle, the connection between beam and the bracket。
The third part for the main parameters of the crane design and checking, this part including overhead such as cart track, the height of girder, end beam height, the stiffener layout size and computational load, box type girder, main weld checking。
The fourth part is the crane structure finite element analysis, this part introduces the basic principle of finite element analysis and its characteristics, the finite element analysis process includes modeling, meshing, loading, solving analysis 。
