摘要本文首先详细介绍了空气源热泵热水器的研究背景和意义,以及当今的国内外研 究现状。其次说明了 R410A 工质的特性和热泵的运行原理,然后根据设计工况,完成 了空气源热泵热水器系统的设计选型、实物制作、实验数据采集和数据分析等工作。 所得结论如下:81248
制冷剂的充注量存在最优值,制冷剂充注量不足时,会导致系统制热性能系数 COP 值的降低、系统加热时间变长、 蒸发温度降低,能耗增加;而当 R410A 制冷剂 充注量过多时,同样会造成系统制热性能系数 COP 值的降低,蒸发温度降低,排气温 度和排气压力增大。
当系统的制冷剂充注量近似或达到最佳时,空气源热泵热水器系统的制热性能系 数COP值受水流量的影响较小。相反,如果制冷剂充注量偏大或偏小,那么水流量对 空气源热泵热水器系统的制热性能系数COP值影响会增大。
无论制冷剂充注量的大小,系统的排气温度和排气压力都是随着时间平稳上升, 对空气源热泵热水器系统的制热性能系数COP值无影响。但制冷剂的充注量过大会导 致系统的排气温度和排气压力过高,导致压缩机自动保护停机。

Abstract This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of air source heat pump water heater, as well as the current domestic and international research status。 Second, it illustrates thecharacteristics of R410A refrigerant and heat pump operation principle, then according to the design conditions, the completion of the design and selection, physical production, data acquisition and data analysis system of air source heat pump water heater。 The results obtained are as follows:
The filling amount of the refrigerant in the presence of the optimal value and lack of refrigerant charge, will lead to system of thermal coefficient of performance (COP) value of the variable is reduced, the system heating time long, reduce the evaporation temperature, increasing energy consumption; and when the R410A refrigerant are excessive, will also cause hot system can COP value of the coefficient is reduced, to reduce the evaporation temperature, exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure increases。
When the refrigerant filling quantity of the system is similar or the optimum is reached, the thermal performance coefficient COP of the air source heat pump water heater system is less affected by the water flow rate。 On the contrary, if the refrigerant filling quantity is large or small, then the water flow rate of the air source heat pump water heater system, the thermal performance coefficient COP value will increase。
Regardless of the size of refrigerant charge, the exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure of the system all increased with time, and the thermal performance coefficient of the air source heat pump water heater system had no effect on the COP value。 However, the filling quantity of refrigerant causes the system's exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure is too high, which leads to the automatic protection and shutdown of the compressor。
