本文先从当前造船行业背景、我国造船行业发展前景、造船行业发展历史以及 国内外研究现状开始介绍。随后介绍液化气船的历史、特点以及发展前景等。最后 从27500立方液化气运输船的基本情况作简要讲述,简单概要地介绍了造船生产设计 的理念、造船生产设计的发展历程、造船生产设计的基本方法等。
本文以课题“27500立方液化气船货舱底部307分段船体生产设计”为例。简要 分析27500立方液化气船,并介绍其建造方式、吊马设置及翻身等。最后以货舱底部 307分段为重点绘制该分段生产设计的必要图纸,包括307分段的结构图册,拼板图 册、吊马图以及307分段的零件明细表。
