摘要造船工程不但工种多、工作量大,而且其作业面范围也很广、安装作业复杂、设计和制造的周期也很长,需要一个完善的体系统筹兼顾。

目前,造船厂大都采用分段建造法,一艘大、中型船舶,一般来说会被分为几十到几百个分段,先在胎架或者平台上分别建造好每个分段,然后将建造好了的分段运到船台上完成船体总装作业。分段划分是否合理,将直接地关系到是否能够合理地利用造船厂的设备能力,改善船厂生产条件,提高船厂生产效率,达到低成本高质量。也就是说,船体分段的大小、重量、形状以及划分的位置等等,对造船作业花费的工时、成本和完成质量等等都将会有非常大的影响。而且,划分分段时,必须结合船厂的实际生产条件(包括起重能力)、船体结构特点及其建造工艺等多个方面的因素,分析研究出最为合理的分段划分方案,从而绘制出分段划分图和分段结构图。82126

生产设计是船舶设计过程中至关重要的一部分,是实际生产和设计文件相结合的一步。生产设计是以统筹优化理念为基础,应用成组技术的原理,以中间产品为指向标,区域化组织管理生产作业,实现壳、舾、涂一体化以及宏观设计、生产和管理的一体化,促进船厂管理体制的改革。一个合理正确的生产设计,将减小生产作业的困难,有效地避免重复作业,大大降低生产、管理成本,缩短船坞、码头建造周期、提高船舶建造质量,从而为船厂带来可观的经济效益。

本文以油船及船舶生产设计的现状与发展为基础,结合实际生产和加工能力、生产流程,对10500DWT油船舷侧CS24P/S分段进行生产设计。由基本结构图、总布置图、中横剖面图以及建造方针等给出的施工要领,绘制出分段划分图、分段结构图、拼板图以及零件明细表,计算分段重量,同时对油船的结构特点以及未来发展趋势做了讨论。

Abstract Shipbuilding Engineering not only is a work of more types, but also has heavy workload, and its operation range is very wide, the installation operation is complex, the cycle of design and manufacturing is very long, it needs a perfect system to balance。

At present, the shipyard mostly adopts the block construction method, a large and medium-sized ship generally will be pided into hundreds of blocks; firstly build every blocks on platforms, then transport the blocks to building slip to complete the hull assembly operation。 Whether the blocks are reasonable or not will be directly related to whether it can reasonably utilize the equipment capacity of the shipyard, to improve the production conditions, improve the efficiency of the production and achieve the low cost and high quality。 In other words, the size, weight, shape, and location of the hull blocks will have a great impact on the working hours, cost, and the quality。 When piding the blocks we must consider the actual shipyard production conditions (including loading capacity), the characteristics of hull structure and its construction technology and other factors, reach a reasonable piding scheme, and draw out the sectional drawing and sectional structure diagram。

Production design is an important part of the ship design process, which is a combination of the actual production and design documents。 Production design is based on the concept of overall optimization, promote the reform of the management system of shipyard 。A correct and reasonable design and production will reduce the difficulty of production and effectively avoid repetitive work, greatly reduce the cost of production and management, shorten the cycle of building docks, improving the quality of ship construction, bring considerable economic benefits to shipyards。
