摘   要锚绞机是甲板机械的重要组成部分,其除了可以帮助船舶靠岸停泊外,主要作用是通过均衡船舶停泊时所受到的水流冲击力、环境风力和船体在水中因摇摆产生的惯性力等使船舶安全的停靠在岸边。82901

目前船用三速锚绞机大多采用变频电动机或交流三速电动机驱动,控制方式多采用接触器-继电器控制方式或可编程序控制器控制的方式,本文通过分析对比两种控制方式各自的优缺点,设计出船用三速锚绞机的最佳控制方案,力求最大程度的提高锚绞机控制系统的可靠性。以下为本文的几个主要研究内容:

1)通过分析三速锚绞机的工作状态和其所需要实现的功能设计控制系统,分别采用传统继电器控制和可编程序控制器控制来完成锚绞机需实现的功能。

2)结合锚绞机传统的接触器-继电器控制方法的不足之处,提出对三速锚绞机控制方式的优化方法,给出整合后的锚绞机电气控制方案。

3)西门子公司为S7-200系列PLC设计了专门的编程软件,即STEP 7 Micro /Win V4。0编写和调试锚绞机控制系统的控制程序,给出控制系统PLC的I/O接点的配置情况,然后S7-200仿真软件,模拟出三速锚绞机在PLC控制系统下的工作状态。

4)本文除了设计锚绞机的电气控制系统之外,还需设计电路以实现锚绞机的三地控制,即机旁主令控制、有线控制和无线遥控。通过分析锚绞机的工作原理选择无线遥控装置,并进行稳定性分析,以保证锚绞机控制系统的可靠性和灵敏性。

Abstract As an important one of the deck machinery, anchor and mooring winch is the general term of anchor winch the warping winch。 In addition to helping a ship mooring, the main role of anchor and mooring winch is to make the vessels berth on the shore safely without accident by balancing flow impact, the environment and the hull in the water due to wind rocking force of inertia generated。

Currently, the three-speed marine anchor and mooring winch mostly adopts frequency AC motor or three-speed motor drive, the control technique usually adopt contactor - relay control or PLC。 The paper designs the best control scheme of three-speed marine anchor and mooring winch based on analyzing and comparing the benefits and drawbacks。 This control scheme can improve the reliability of the anchor and mooring winch control system to the greatest degree。 The following is the main content of this paper several:

1) Through analyzing the working status and functions of three-speed anchor and mooring winch to design the control system。 Using the traditional relay control and PLC to complete the function of anchor and mooring winch 。

2) Combined the disadvantages of traditional contactor - inadequate relay control method proposed optimization method and given a whole project。

3) The programming tool STEP 7 Micro / Win V4。0 is used to write and debug anchor and mooring winch control systems program, given the PLC’s I/O and simulate three-speed anchor and mooring winch working conditions under PLC control system by using the button box and indicator lamp to replace the input and output signal of PLC。 

4) In this paper, in addition to design the electrical control system of anchor and mooring winch , it also requires to design the circuit to realize three place control of anchor and mooring winch , that is next to the master control unit, wired and wireless remote control。 By analyzing the principle of selection anchor and mooring winch to choose wireless remote control device, and carry on stability analysis, to ensure the reliability and sensitivity of the anchor and mooring winch control system。
