摘要PC 构件(混凝土预制件 ),是指在生产过程中通过标准化、机械化生产的混凝 土制品。随着国家社会和经济的快速发展,对于混凝土的质量也变得更加标准和严格 了。混凝土制品成形后需要进行一些必要的措施来使之符合一定的质量和技术要求, 因此混凝土养护对于混凝土的质量有着不可或缺的影响力,所以养护制度的发展与改 善也会是势在必行的。在混凝土预制件的整个制造的过程中,养护是最重要的几个工 序之一,它是保证混凝土预制件能得到符合要求的强度和硬度的重要保证。混凝土的 养护方法有很多,比如自然养护,蒸汽养护,电热养护,太阳能养护等,本次设计采 用的是蒸汽养护。在蒸汽养护的过程中,人们一般把养护阶段分为四个阶段,即静停, 升温,恒温,降温。混凝土养护的时候,应在养护窑内壁的四周进行湿度和温度的实 时监测,定时定点测定养护窑内的多个实时温度和湿度,然后取其平均值,将平均测 得的混凝土的温度和湿度等参数与养护所要求的湿度和温度做比较,并根据养护窑温 度和湿度的变化情况及时调整蒸汽和水雾的喷发,一定要控制好混凝土的内外温差以 防止混凝土发生疏松或者裂缝现象。 混凝土养护期间,应对混凝土的养护过程作详 细记录,防止出现温差过大等情况。制品成形后可以直接运到施工场地进行安装。83692

Abstract PC components (concrete prefabricated parts), refers to the productionprocess through the standardization, mechanization of the production of concrete products。With the rapid development of the national society and economy, the quality of concrete has become more standard and strict。 Concrete products forming needs some necessary measures to meet certain quality and technical requirements, so concrete curingfor concrete quality has a vital influence, so the development and improvement of the curing system also is imperative。 Maintenance is one of the most important processes in the whole manufacturing process of concrete, and it is an important guarantee to ensure the strength and hardness of the concrete。 There are many methods of curing concrete, such as natural conservation, steam curing, electric heating, solar energy conservation, etc。, this design is the use of steam curing。 In the process of steam curing, the curing stage isgenerally pided into four stages, namely, static stop, heating, constant temperature, cooling。 Concrete curing should be real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in the curing kiln wall around the timing point determination curing kiln multiple real-time temperature and humidity, and then take the average value, will mean the humidity and temperature of concrete temperature and humidity parameters and maintenance required to compare, and adjust the steam and water mist eruption timely according to the changes of the curing kiln temperature and humidity, must control the concrete temperature difference between inside and outside to prevent the occurrence of osteoporosis or crack phenomenon in concrete。 Concrete curing period, the concrete maintenance process to make a detailed record, to prevent the occurrence of large temperature difference, etc。。 Products can be directly transported to the construction site for installation。
