0 引言
伴随着中国社会主义市场经济日益成长，融资困难问题严重阻碍了企业的生产经营。另一方面，我国政府对金融机构实行管制、金融市场以大型金融机构为主导并且大部分金融机构偏向国有大型企业，因而广大中小企业往往被排斥在银行信贷之外。典当行业这一古老而新颖的事物顺应时代的呼唤又重获新生，迸发出蓬勃向上的生命力。典当融资能够解决季节性或应急性的资金需求，增强资金流通能力，利于企业实现长远发展的一种特殊的、间接的融资方式。论文网
1 典当融资概述
资金是公司运行的根本动力，也是公司利润分配的基础。任何一个企业在从创办到生存再到发展壮大的整个过程中，融资显然是企业的关键性环节。从中国金融史来看，典当融资与其他的融资方式一直是既相互竞争又互相依存的状态；从世界范围观测，典当行在金融体系成熟的美国、英国、台湾地区仍然占据重要地位，所以典当行正在逐步融入现代金融体系。
